The Olympic Weightlifting classes covering the lifts of Snatch and Clean and Jerk as well as accessory lifts to assist with developing your strength.

Strength & Conditioning sessions can be booked privately and cater for athletes wanting to get stronger for their chosen sport or for those that have a desire to get stronger for everyday life.

The Strongman classes are run 4 sessions per week and with consistent training you will see great improvements in strength and you will find you will be picking up heavier odd objects in no time.

Keep an eye out for Beginner Powerlifting Classes coming soon. Powerlifting covers the 3  major lifts of Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlifts.  
 
As an Affiliate of the Victorian Weightlifting Association BW&S members can compete in Weightlifting comps sanctioned by the Association and can progress to a
National Level.
 
 
 
 
OLYMPIC LIFTING

This program is ideal for crossfitters and anyone who has had previous lifting experience and are keen to continue learning new techniques and improve their lifts. Testing will also be included in the first & last week of the program.
VICTORIA JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

Congratulations Molly on placing Second in the Vic Junior Championships in the under 58kg category.

Molly went 5/6 lifts 45kg snatch (video) 56kg clean and jerk for a 101kg total, competition PB's on both lifts and total.
